Yes, our inspectors require the property being inspected to be vacant for the duration of the inspection.
You (our client) are welcome to walk through the house with the inspector, however, if the property is tenanted or the owners are living in it, you or the real estate agent will be required to organise for the property to be vacated while our inspector is on site.
