No, our inspectors don’t require the property being inspected to be vacant during of the inspection. You (our client) are welcome to walk through the house with the inspector, however, if the property is tenanted or the owners are living in it, it’s recommended that you or the real estate agent organise for the property to be vacated if possible while our inspector is on site.
This assists with the overall accuracy of your inspection report as our inspector will have better, uninterrupted access to the property with fewer limitations.
