Great service & quick turnaround - inspection & comprehensive report complete within 12 hours from my initial contact. The realestate agent commented that Zeher was very thorough compared to all the others he'd seen. Zeher helped me understand the report by going over them in detail over the phone next day, also giving me tips on next steps. It is well worth the money (competitive pricing) for the peace of mind you get - highly recommended.

Zeher Khalil conducted an inspection on behalf of our building business for a neutral and independent review on works conducted by various sub-contractors. His professionalism, responsiveness, communication, industry knowledge and level of detail within the report itself was absolutely first class and entirely on another level to any other inspection we have had conducted in years gone by, and there have been many. We would highly reccomend to anyone needing a service similar to this as he is the top of the tree!

What a service!!!!I rang Zaher from site inspections yesterday when my grandmother's ceiling almost collapsed. He was very concerned and withij the hour was there. I was very impressed by how proffesional he was and all of hes equipment.Within 5 minutes he found the cause of the problem and showed me everything. I was very impressed with hes service and knowledge. He then gave me solutions to the problem and made me and my grandmother feel at ease.I suggest you use this business as the initial service is fantastic, then you recieve a detailed report which was outstanding.Everything was clearly shown with photos and notes.I would highly reccomed this business and this service
